Fix Connection Error

How to resolve connection issues when Refyne Pro cannot reach the server.

Symptoms

  • “Unable to connect” error on startup
  • Requests time out after a few seconds

Steps to Resolve

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Verify that your firewall is not blocking Refyne Pro.
  3. Navigate to Settings → Network and confirm the server URL is correct.
  4. Click Test Connection to validate the settings.
